A wide variety of painful life issues can be cleared often in much fewer sessions than talk therapy alone.
Many of my clients have seen deep and permanent results from this 'rewiring' of the brain.




What is Trauma?

Trauma is an emotional response to threat
in which we feel totally helpless, isolated and/or blindsided.
A threat can be one huge event, a series of challenging experiences or something much more subtle.
The trauma is held in our body, affecting our brain and nervous system, keeping them frozen in this painful past.
